Everything worth knowing about Smart Estate, grouped by the thing you are asking about. If your question is not here, the routes at the foot of this page all reach a person.
A suite of tools built for Nigerian real estate professionals: the MLS, the CRM, the IDX plugin that puts MLS inventory on your own website, a customer portal for billing and licences, and the Realtor Website build. One account, one login.
Solo agents, small brokerages, developers and property management companies in Nigeria who want to work online properly, capture leads automatically and manage clients without hiring a developer or carrying a large technology budget.
No. Most customers are live in under twenty minutes using the setup guides. If you can install a WordPress plugin and paste a shortcode, you have everything you need, and support will walk you through it if you would rather not.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your data or your clients’ data with third parties. Inside the CRM, access is scoped row by row, so each agent sees their own leads and deals and nobody else’s. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Your account deactivates at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Nothing is deleted immediately: there is a 30-day grace period to export your contacts, leads and settings before anything is removed.
From the Smart Estate MLS itself. Agents are verified before they can list, listings are held one record per property, and the IDX plugin reads that same live data rather than a copy of it.
All of them. The plugin is shortcode-based, so it works in Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, WPBakery, Beaver Builder or anything else that accepts a shortcode. Drop it into a page or a block and the full listing interface renders there.
No. The plugin is the easiest route on WordPress, and any site that can read JSON can display the same inventory. If your site is not WordPress, talk to us and we will tell you what fits.
Yes. Filter by state and local government area on the listings shortcode, and combine that with property type and listing type so a page only ever shows the inventory you want it to.
No. The plugin only loads its code on pages where you have placed a shortcode, so the rest of your site is untouched, and what it does load is minified and built for production.
Starter covers one website with live listings, search, filters, map view and lead capture, at ₦15,000 a month. Pro adds your own branding across every widget and covers up to 3 websites at ₦35,000. Agency covers up to 10 websites at ₦75,000. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
Only up to the number your plan covers: one website on Starter, up to 3 websites on Pro, up to 10 websites on Agency. The cap is enforced, not advertised, so ask us before you add a site rather than after.
Connect your WhatsApp Business number in the CRM settings. From then on, inbound messages from leads land in your CRM inbox alongside email and website enquiries, and you reply, assign and log the conversation without switching apps.
Yes, up to the seats your plan carries: Solo is one user at ₦30,000 a month, Team is up to 3 users at ₦80,000, Brokerage is up to 20 users at ₦200,000. Each agent gets their own dashboard, lead queue and activity log while sharing the pipeline view.
Automatically, when you have both. Anyone who fills in an enquiry form on an IDX widget arrives in your CRM with the property they were looking at already attached, so you know what the conversation is about before you open it.
Yes. Upload a CSV of your contacts and map the columns; there are also dedicated importers for the CRMs agents actually use in Nigeria today. Duplicates are detected and flagged before you confirm, so an import cannot quietly double your database.
The CRM is a progressive web app, so it works fully in your phone’s browser and can be added to your home screen. A native iOS and Android app is on the roadmap and is not shipped yet.
Payments are processed by Paystack: Nigerian debit cards (Verve, Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer and USSD. No foreign card and no international payment is needed.
You can change your billing cycle from your customer portal, and it applies at your next renewal date. Annual billing is 20% cheaper than paying monthly for the same year.
Paystack retries automatically, and you are emailed each time. If it is still unresolved after the retry window, the subscription is paused rather than deleted, so you can settle it and resume without losing anything.
Paystack emails a receipt to your registered address after every successful payment, and full invoices can be downloaded at any time from the billing section of your customer portal.
Yes, on every MLS plan, realtor and developer. You choose the billing period when you sign up and nothing is charged until the 90 days are over.
Everything is in your customer portal: licence keys, billing details, the latest plugin download, and upgrading or cancelling your plan.
Log in to your portal. The active key is on the main dashboard, ready to copy straight into your WordPress plugin settings.
Portal, then Subscription, then Cancel. It is immediate and needs no phone call or support ticket, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
It sometimes lands in spam, and setup links expire. Use the resend link on the contact page with the same email you paid with and a fresh one goes out immediately.
Every one of these reaches somebody on our team. None of them is a chatbot.
