Bundle referral bonus
When your referral subscribes to both IDX and CRM, you earn an extra 5% on top of your standard commission. It is applied automatically, every month.
On a Pro Bundle that is 25% of what they pay, every month they stay.

Anyone who subscribes quoting your code is recorded against your account, so the attribution does not depend on a cookie that can be cleared.

You earn every month
20% of their subscription reaches you monthly, for as long as they stay subscribed. No cap and no time limit.
Terms and eligibility

Programme rules
- Commissions are paid monthly, typically within the first five business days of the month
- The minimum payout is ₦10,000; anything below that rolls over to the next month
- Attribution is recorded against your account when the referred party subscribes, so it does not expire the way a browser cookie does
- Commission is calculated on the net subscription amount, excluding taxes and payment processing fees
- Commissions can be paused where a subscription is disputed or fraudulent
- Payouts are made to Nigerian bank accounts
- Programme terms may change with 30 days’ notice to active participants
- Commissions continue for as long as the referred subscriber stays active, with no time cap
Eligible referrals
- New subscribers only; existing Smart Estate accounts do not qualify
- No self-referrals: you cannot refer yourself or an account you own
- The referred party must complete a paid subscription, so a free trial alone does not trigger commission
- One commission per new subscriber, credited to the first valid referrer
- Referrals made through spam or misleading advertising are void
- Referral codes may not be posted on coupon or discount aggregator sites
